Pipeline

The development pipeline centres on two main products, currently in pre-clinical development stages. The current focus product ProMatrix Bioderm, targeting acute wound treatment, will undergo pre-clinical validation prior to clinical investigations. When the team has established the clinical manufacture process for the product, we will develop ProMatrix GroDerm, targeting chronic wound treatment more specifically, under a shortened development pathway.

We plan to use our core technology platform to develop products for a number of important clinical problems needing tissue reconstruction.

• Intra-dermal filler, for skin creases, wrinkles and scar craters and reconstruction surgery

• Scaffold for cell therapy, for combination mesenchymal stem cell therapy

• Muscle tissue engineering, for repair of congenital birth defects and major trauma

• Pelvic floor reconstruction, for repair of birth-related trauma and fistulae

• Bone reconstruction, for reconstruction of the head and face after oncological excision

• Connective tissue, for post-surgical repair
